My appointments got messed up several times. First time I was running 10 mins late and the receptionist said I had to reschedule and they couldn't take me in. The 2nd time a group of us showed up for an appointment and they were closed! The final time I showed up and the receptionist said I should have been there over an hour ago and they would have to reschedule me. No phone call to confirm my appointment though, didn't charge a no show fee, She knew who I was when I showed up?? Told her I would seek another Primary Care Physician because this is the third time they have messed up my appointments and she just shrugged her shoulders and looked down at her calendar. I like the Doctor, but her front desk staff needs to pay more more attention to the scheduling. Each time I had to leave work early and take personal time for this. The last appointment was set due to a chronic pain situation. I had to go directly to a specialist and seek another physician . I was very inconvenienced
