I was a patient in this practice for several years before I finally left. This year the office stopped answering the phone: calls go immediately to voicemail, which is extremely frustrating. Dr. Wilson was my primary doctor, but I was only able to see him twice in the last two years despite having an additional 8 or so office visits during that time. I had a physical scheduled with him but it was changed to be with an NP. When I asked to reschedule with Dr. Wilson, I was told he's no longer able to see me as a patient. My primary doctor unwilling to see me and referring me to an NP??? The staff and NP's there are excellent. However, I found myself seeing a variety of NPs and not establishing a relationship with one in particular. Other issues: Once I was very ill, called first thing in the a.m. for a same day appointment but was told none were available. Had to go to Emergency Care. I once called on a weekend to get an emergency script filled but the NP on call (who sounded irritated that I would call over the weekend) said she wasn't [licensed] to fill the script and that Dr. Wilson could not be reached. So I went without the medication. Dr. Wilson is a thoughtful, caring doctor as are each of his staff members. However, the practice has what I consider a number of fatal flaws that would keep me from recommending anyone from becoming a patient there.

Since Dr. Wilson sold his practice to Miriam Hospital the quality of care has dropped significantly. Everything that people are saying about Dr. Wilson Office is true. They office staff is rude and they show that don't care about their patients. The reason why I wanted to go to doctor Wilson's office is because I want to speak with a doctor and not a NA. But once he sold the business that's all you're able to speak with is NA. Now I'm looking for another doctor.

The WORST! As mentioned by other reviews this place does NOT answer the phone! There is a voice message that you leave a message and they DON'T return the call! This is completely unacceptable! I'm not even sure how this practice is still open and how people still go see these clowns! This was where my mom (elderly) was getting her care and I would NOT recommend anyone let their ELDERLY PARENT GO TO THIS THREE RING CIRCUS! PISSED BEYOND BELIEF!

This is the WORST doctors office. 3 days of calls and leaving message with no call back is UNACCEPTABLE!!!! My advice - stay away from this half ass practice!!!

Awful service. Cannot call because either no one answers or you get put on hold then disconnected. They repeatedly cancel appointments. Had to go to emergency room because I could not get through by phone after calling for 2 days. Then they cancelled my appointment. Situation could have been easily corrected if I had gotten prompt service instead of having to rush to emergency room due to lack of treatment. Now they refuse to release my records now that I have found another doctor.

We have been very disappointed of late with the attention to detail exhibited by Dr. Wilson and his office and professional staff. After many years of being seen here, and experiencing shortness of breath and pain we were referred to have a CT scan. After I made many attempts to obtain the results, the office secretary called and told me that the "results were within normal limits." Knowing that the problem still existed, we personally obtained the results where the CT was performed and noted among other issues, "coronary artery calcifications." Now, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to know that this is "not within normal limits." We self referred to a cardiologist and within a week had a cardiac catheterization for a 90% blockage in the left descending coronary artery. Yes, that's the one that they refer to as the "widow maker." Interestingly, we have not be able to see Dr. Wilson alone since, and keep getting directed to the NP. Gee, I wonder why?

Doctor is overseen by a feminist guard dog of an office manager. This man's nuts are clipped. Don't bother.
