They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I thought the chairs in the waiting room were about average. I didn't mind waiting in them, but they could do better. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them.
