We waited a INCREDIBLY long time for our appointment. It was a full hour from our appointment time until we went to an exam room. (plus we had arrived early) I realize that we were new patients several people who came in after us were seen before us. After we were taken back, it seemed to progress much more efficently. It was 40 minutes from when we were called back until we left and in that time, we had a health history taken, were evaluated by a PA, seen by Dr Maslov, who left the PA to take more detailed information down and had a blood draw completed.

I was told that Dr Maslov 'has no bedside manner' and I can't disagree with that but he was not off-putting. He was matter-of-fact without needing to sugar coat things or entertain us. I felt like we had the full-attention of the staff and fully expect to have some answers to address the symptoms.

I just wish I didn't need to wait over an hour for that process to start.

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

No, there was no annoying music
