8/6/14 Absolutey the Worst Doctor I have ever seen. Saw him for three issues: 1) Lip Lesion …Diagnosis …”Cold Sores”….no prescription ..no treatment plan/nothing!! 2) Ear Cleaning….He looked in both ears and stated "they were clear". 3)Terrible Sinus condition…. A quick look in both nasal passages… Diagnosis “ Deviated Septum”……no advice/no treatment plan/nothing!! I then went to my Hearing Aid specialist nearby for an adjustment only to learn that there was a Hearing Aid filter tip embedded in my “clean left ear”. She attempted to unsuccessfully remove it. I immediately returned to ENT specialist Brutico who apparently was either too busy or too embarrassed to see me. Two assistants removed the obstacle from my ear via a suction device. In my opinion …if you are looking for a specialist who provides little if any service ….Dr. Brutico is the Man to see !!!!!

Worst practice EVER!!!! First of all myself and 4 other patients waited 2.5 hours. I understand physicians have emergencies but when patients who have been going to this practice for years say the same it makes me concerned. Also, the nurses were extraordinary rude. We (in the waiting room) could hear them talking about patients on how "nuts" they are and their current problems. After me experience they will be reported!! Please do not go to this provider!!!!!!!!

This place was terrible...all around. The first appointment took over four hours from start to finish (not easy when you are there for a 2 year old). The doctor barely spent any time with my child, did not explain the surgical procedure he wanted to do, then he snapped at me and asked if I expected Jesus to heal her when I asked questions about the operation. Insulting and condescending. The day of surgery was like a cattle call. One kid after the other and I maybe saw the doctor for 5 seconds. I wasn't even sure it was him behind the surgical mask (which he didn't bother to take off). Ohh, and insult to injury, his surgical office messed up the billing and it took months to straighten out. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Yes; the equipment is very advanced!

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

My Appointment was at 9 am the dr got there T 10:30. I was still in the office at 1:30. The Dr sent me for scans and i had a follow up appointment. That one was at 11:00 i had to leave at 2:30 because my kids got out of school. my sinuses are killing me!! I keep calling the office and no one will call me back. this office sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The wiat time was totally ridiculous - I waited several hours to get into the examing room and then another one before the doctor arrived.
