The staff was nice enough but the bathroom (where I was directed to leave a urine sample) was dirty and I was the first appointment of the day. Dr. Kulp responded to my problems as if from a script - she was not interested in hearing anything I had to add - and in fact - information that I offered that was pertinent to my problem was dismissed as not "her area of concern". In fact, she never even examined me to see if there was anything physically obvious that would explain my symptoms. She sent me off - in pain - with a checklist of tests I had to undergo (that would take 4-6 weeks to complete) before she would see me again. It was "cookie-cutter" urology.

Felt like I was wasting my money. Was never addressed by name in five years. Requires three annual tests while not really providing any treatement.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. Dr Kulp is very easy to talk to. Very great personality!
