They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Doctor made my 8 year daugther return for multiple visits beofre deciding whether she needed galsses. Be careful of many hidden fees that will show up after first visit. There fees per visit are almost 100 dollars more than other eye doctors in the area.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. I was highly impressed with how comfortable the chairs in the waiting room were. Their standard of patient comfortability is obviously very high and it showed throughout the entire appointment.
They were friendly and made me feel at home. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
