They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

I compensate so well for my vision problems that my eyes always check out at 20/20 - 20/15. I do not feel this was considered when my prescription was written and I now need new glasses after only three months with these. I think, under normal circumstances however, Dr. Heist is a great ophthalmologist.
