There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice.

I like Dr. Sigal. That being said, they are so slow! Expect to be there for 2-3 hours for the appointment, 99% of it waiting. However, once you finally get in, they are polite and personable. Dr. Sigal is really a good doctor and isn't out just to your money.
