Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Love Dr. Gordon and Maller. I used to take my kids to Wayne Ped. DO NOT GO THERE- their care is sub-par. A bonus is that Gordon-Klinow has two offices so they always have sick appts. AND they take credit card.
