It seemed like they went out of their way to encourage me, and were very supportive of all my values and beliefs about parenting issues. I know I can always count on them. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. I can't think of anything I would have changed about the way the appointment went. This provider is a pleasure to work with! This provider's office is very well staffed. There's always someone to help me right away when I need it. The best part is that the staff is generally very knowledgeable and qualified.

The staff here is unprofessional and inefficient. We've seen most of the doctors at this practice but would only recommend two of them (Drs. Gordon and Render; Dr. Smith was wonderful, but he has since retired). Their new office is much nicer than their old office, but there is no separate waiting room for sick patients, so your otherwise-healthy child who is there just for a wellness visit will be sitting within a few feet of the kid with hives who is coughing and has snot running down his nose. Scheduling is a nightmare at this office. The staff is the worst I've ever encountered in any professional capacity.
