I'm not sure how long ago it was since I last saw Dr. Thornsley, but she certainly made a difference in how my life went, I still think of things she said. At that time, I was seeing her for treatment of MDD. I am still being treated for that. Since leaving her for treatment I was diagnosed with MS, and was injured in an accident where I was a Pedestrian, was hit crossing a street by a vehicle and sustained brain injury. I have meant to write and express my appreciation for her help when I needed it. I am still a sober alcoholic, and her support of my efforts there meant a lot to me, still do. This is a late thank you for help given me.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.
Was it easy to find parking at this psychiatrist's office?
Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Absolutely! I can always count on them

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

It was satisfactory

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

No, it was expensive.

No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

Somewhat. But I mostly felt ignored.

No, I'm always worried they're going to settle with a solution that isn't the best
