When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I am writing this as my concern for my daughter is the problem. Dr. Delgaudio is a wonderful doctor, by my daughter is having problems that need a lot more looking into and probably needs to go out area for consultation at this point

Definitely! They always call me back very quickly!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
