They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. Good luck making an appt bc it takes forever and when u do get one be prepared to sit there for 2 hrs listening to all the welfare recipients and their screaming kids.
