I love Dr. Cohen. I went to the ER with cramping and bleeding and found out I had an ectopic pregnancy. Dr Cohen was the Dr on call and came in just a few minutes, was very kind and helpful. He took care of all my aftercare, even when there were more complications with the ectopic pregnancy. I would recommend him to anyone. The only thing I see that needs improvement is that some of the receptionists are very curt and not very friendly, especially when one doesnt have insurance. But one call to Dr Cohenfixed that, and I havent had a single problem since. Very good practice, not a long wait and they anwered all of my questions fully.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time.
