I WENT TO THIS OFFICE FOR AN INJURY AND THEY TOLD ME WHAT IT WAS BUT THEY WERE BIG TIME WRONG AND THEY DID THE SURGURY AND MADE EVERYTHING WORSE I HAD GOTTEN A BLOOD CLOT AND IT WENT TO MY LUNG ALMOST DIED AND THE PAIN IS WORSE THEN WHEN I GOT THE INJURY I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMEND ANYONE TO GO TO THIS PLACE EVERYONE I TALK TO THEY HAD SAME ISUES THEY ARE HORRIABLE They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, while you're waiting for the doctor, you can hear the girls making fun of other patients. They are immature and rude! I have never heard of or encountered such arrogant behavior from staff before in my life! I didn't feel welcome there, wondering what they would say about me as soon as I left so other patients could hear them mock me! . I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered by the staff and nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Oh! They called my pharmacy to find out any other doctors I've seen and THEY CALLED EACH ONE! I was going for a second opinion but didn't exactly want the staff telling the first doctor about it, but that's exactly what they did! It's like they think they're the doctor police doing investigative work! I signed NO CONSENT for them to call my pharmacy or any other doctors. My first doctor said "that happens all the time, their staff is really something and seems to forget HIIPA ACT.:" Go there if you want to be made fun of and if you want them calling any doctor you've seen in the past 2 years. Every single doctor they called, phoned me and alerted me of "some odd behavior by Argires staff" telling me they were asking all kinds of questions like they had consent. I was wondering with all this time, at what point were they going to concentrate on my condition and schedule surgery? (this was a new condition I had never been treated for before except the week before). I wouldn't be surprised if they called my friends and family and told them I just had an appointment, what they did and what they're planning. THERE IS NO CONFIDENTIALITY AT THIS PLACE! They completely lost focus of patients obviously long ago and instead are digging into your life like you've done something wrong! They even called my family doctor asking everything I've been treated for. I don't go to doctors much and I'm befuddled at why they were on this mission like I had sinned. It was the oddest experience most other doctors in the area will tell you about (their staff's behavior calling everyone). I don't know who told them to do this or why, maybe because they've had people doctor shopping? I certainly expect a second opinion for surgery but I would never have thought they would be calling my family doctor and skin doctor and anyone else telling them I'm being treated there, what's wrong and all this. There's no confidentiality and no trust.
