They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. They briefly listened to me, but quickly downplayed everything I said or stopped paying attention. They could've used quite a few more staff members. They were very understaffed and I ended up having to wait quite awhile.

I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time.
