It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.
