This so called professional has no patient assessment skills, is off base with her presumptions on her patient's behaviors and is overall uncaring. She should be a pathologist.

They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I was very comfortable the entire time. The staff really knows what they're doing. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need the doctors approval for. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get is outstanding. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
