I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I would consider giving them a recommendation, but only because I don't know too many gastroenterologists. I have some good things to say and some bad about them. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.

Parking is free in the attached garage, which is accessible by elevator, and where I knew my car was safe .He answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like he was trying to rush my appointment at all. he has excellent patient manner and is extreemly well educated in his sub specialty of Gastroenterology. It was obvious that he has been exceeding hispatents' expectations for many years.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The office was easy enough to find.
