She had absolutely no bed side manner...she also did not show concern for my concerns. I was looking for a new doctor, and I can tell you this much I did not find her here. Her staff is her family, and you can tell, the only reason I ever went back was to see the nurse practitioner, who was amazing. I was very disappointed with my experience with Mary DeCaro. She should really be ashamed of herself.

Felt like she didn't take me seriously. Went for a simple antibiotic for a sinus infection (that I always get and go there on a daily basis for allergy injections) and she sends me home telling me to take mucinex. Called my allergist and she called me in a prescription.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.

I don't know what kind of person can bear to recieve 'care' from Mary De Caro, but I found her to be the most unprofessional and uncaring medical health 'professional' I have ever met. This woman thinks it's funny to laugh at embarrasing symptoms when you explain them to her, and then share it with her office staff! I have never found someone so insensitive and vulgar in my life! When I asked to transfer my records her staff LIED to me and told me they were sent free of charge to my new doctor, and then when I trusted them by waiting a month for this to happen, I called back and was LAUGHED AT for believing them. I asked for proof of shipping or delivery and they had none. I asked them to please ship the records again since it was promised to be done and they HUNG UP on me! As a paying customer/pateint, who is feeling sick and going to her in need of wellness care, the way she treated me was beyond inappropriate and downright traumatic. I reported her to my insurance company but they said there was little they could do due to PA law. Apart from a lawsuit, there was nothing for me to do but pray that I never encounter someone as awful as Mary DeCaro again. Perhaps karma will find its way back to her.
