The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
