THE DOCTOR AND HIS STAFF HAVE TREATED ME FOR BOTH ACUTE AND CHRONIC CONDITIONS. I HAVE BEEN QUITE SATISFIED WITH THE CARE RECEIVED OVER THE PAST 3 YEARS. I WILL ADD THAT I HAVE NEEDED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY TO FOLLOW UP ON MY HEALTH CONCERNS. I HAVE CONTACTWITH 3 DOCTORS AND I HAVE FOUND DR. ANDERSON BOTH THE MOST CARING AND REASONABLE.

Pathetic unprofessional practice. I am so shocked that a patient, such as myself, can be denied coverage of a medication that HE prescribed to me because HE doesn't feel like or has the time to send a form that my insurance is requesting. He simply told me to pay for it out of pocket or see a specialist .. What?!? You already wrote me the script and it is waiting at my pharmacy to be filled! I've always had the pleasure of going to doctors that cared for my well being and truly wanted to help. I'm still in disbelief

I had been with my current doctor for years and was extremely hesitant to change doctors, but due to changes in insurance I had no choice. I was pleasantly surprised. The office staff were very nice, and seen to me right away. I only waited like 10 minutes to get in to see doctor. He went over my records thoroughly, and continued exactly where my other doctor let off. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.

I was first introduced to the doctor and staff when my mother had to visit with them. On that day the evevators were not working and she could not take the steps. we called and told them and they came right down with a chair for her and performed her exam including bloodwork right there so she would not have to come out again as she was very frail. She was treated with such compassion and respect, and before she left I felt that all of her imediate needs were met. We even received a follow up call to see is she had returned home safely. I was very impressed. That is what health care is all about. DENISE YOUNG
