It was handicap accessible, that's about the most positive point about this doctor's business. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is competent, but Dr. Stanley Mielnicki was incredibly rude and seemed to care more about himself and his time constraints. HE KEPT HIS HAND ON THE DOORKNOB (TO LEAVE) DURING THE ENTIRE CONSULTATION, and was annoyed with us for asking a second question about our son's symptoms!!! Their office looked like the cleaning crew may have skipped a week. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused, frustrated, dismissed and angry.

Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I did not feel safe at all in their care.They lost my test results and gave me the wrong medication for my illness. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there.

Never in all my life have I encountered a more heartless, uncaring, monstrous front desk staff. I never did get to see the doctor due to an error with my insurance card, which the insurance company called to clear up. The woman still refused to allow me to be seen. In fact, when I went back in to ask if the company had called, she blatantly ignored me for several minutes, refusing to acknowledge me. I wouldn't go back there if my life depending on it. I highly recommend avoiding this office at all costs.
