They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I have already recommended them to multiple friends of mine. When I was first diagnosed with Graves Dr. Kane came in early to see me when it was evident that I could not get on his regular schedule for about 3 weeks. My doctor had called and told him of my symptoms and he recognized that I needed to be seen asap. Dr. Kane takes very good car of me and I feel that I am healthy and in good shape due to his meticulous care and attention. I know I can always count on them.

They've never used foul language and they always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and I know that if I have a quick question, I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was left in the appointment room by myself for a very short period of time. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

I haven't been to Dr. Kane for a while but in the past he was always attentive to my concerns and willing to listen to what I had to say. He was professional yet friendly. Treated me for thyroid and lyme problems. Both satisfactorily.
