After waiting for over three months for an appointment with Dr. Zenker, I arrived at her office for my scheduled appointment, taking time off from work, to be told that the doctor was not in. When asked why there was no attempt at informing me of the doctors inability to keep her appointment with me. I received no credible answer and a terrible attitude. When I explained I had waited a very long time for this initial appointment and was concerned about not knowing what the growth was on my skin. The receptionist rudely stated that this could not be helped because Dr. Zenker was stranded in the airport in California. I asked if I would be seen immediately following her return from California, I was very rudely told I would have to wait to the next available appointment. Well guess what…that would be in another three months!!
