This office does not take credit cards for copays - including HSA cards or Flex Spending accounts. They demand cash/check on the spot. They need to get with the times- it is 2013!!!! Lost a potential patient over this issue.

Be aware this office does not take credit cards. They do not remind you in any way that you have an appointment which maybe a year in advance. I called the day prior to confirm my appointment and the phone was either busy, they were at lunch or left by 3:35 pm. They answered my questions. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment. They were qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure.
