I agree with one of the recent responses…the front desk employees are rude, unhelpful and don't smile! They don't even acknowledge you when you walk in…no one greets you they all keep their heads down. I have waited for more than 15 minutes but when I called to tell them I was running late (10 minutes) they wanted to reschedule my appt. I told them that was unacceptable, that I have waited well over 15 minutes for the doctor so they can wait for me. They didn't like it but they kept my appt. My time is as valuable as any doctor!

My family has been patents of Dr. MacKay for many years. We are all leaving the practice and I would not recommend them. I find her front desk staff to be very rude and cold they treat you as if they are doing you a favor. Hopefully you will never have issues with your insurance company and need their assistance because if you do they will not help you. Dr. MacKay yelled at me over the phone saying her staff does not get paid to deal with insurance companies. She was very unprofessional and would not let me get a word in and did not offer any solution to my issue. I do not recommend this practice.
