I have been calling for appointment and my ointment refill. I found out here that they are no longer there. No one notified us. It is so hard to get a dermatologist appointment. It will take 3 months or more. They bill you so quick and just to inform you that they are no longer there I think is very unprofessional and rude. Dr. Nelson is so sweet and very good. I am sad that she is not around to be my and son's dermatologist.

Showed up for my appointment this morning to find that the office is temporarily closed. No one called to let me know. I will be finding a new dermatologist. I have been having trouble with this office ever since Paula showed up. She was very rude. The office is always calling to cancel appointments. I could go on and on. Do not go here!

Horrible place. Do not ever go here. Rude, unorganized, accused of fraud (google them to see for yourself). If you are considering going here, DO NOT waste your time.. I wish somebody would have warned me.
