The staff answers the phone right away after the prompts and I don't think I have ever been put on hold there for a long time. I am impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. The staff has always been extremely friendly and have always gone the extra mile to make me feel at home. Every time I visit, I feel welcomed. I recommend Dr. Coady to my friends and family as I am totally satisfied with being in his care. Everything I ever needed was always taken care of and all my questions were always answered thoroughly during my appointment and when I called. He is to be considered without reservation and has my highest recommendation.
