Every time I asked the staff a question, they referred me to someone else

Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else!

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Dr. Kross's staff is the best. They are caring, personable and pay attention to the individual. The practice is hi-tech and well-equipped as they are set up to do many tests on site (EKG, Stress Tests, etc.) Dr. Kross is very caring and attentive, really surpassing what most doctors do in terms of caring for the whole person. We really appreciate that Dr. Kross and his staff are there for us.
