billing from your office is incomplete , e.g. i have treatment from DR. ROBERTS, FEW TIMES , AND SUBMITTED MY INSURANCE TO THE RECEPTIONIST , IT APPEARS THE PERSON WHO SUBMITS THE BILLING NEEDS TRAINING IN THE PROPER PROCEDURES, E.G. TO TRICARE FOR LIFE THEY REQUIRE EBO, PLUS THE OTHER INSURANCE COVERAGE, MY PROBLEM HAS BEEN ON GOING WITH THIS PROCEDURE. I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES TO THE PERSON KAYANO AUSTIN LEFT MESSAGES NEVER HAD A REPLY.
