I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I was pretty surprised with how far away this business was from everything. It took me forever to get there and I kept getting lost. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. Both of my young children were allergy tested there and they definitely believe in quality over quantity and it is much appreciated. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I appreciated that they were still concerned about their health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. My children could have hated it there after the allergy testing process, but instead really didn't mind going back because everyone was so nice and kid friendly.
