Their advanced and sophisticated equipment was like none I've ever seen before. I was very impressed with how high tech everything in their office was. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

No, I never saw one

No, I don't think they've ever cleaned it
