I trust this doctor because he is a good listener and he follows through with what he agrees to do. I didn't like some of the things he told me at first but he has been correct every time.

I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. The office was easy enough to find. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation. They should have looked into my medical background before they recommended a treatment plan. They didn't know or care about it at all.

Dr Tran is the first psychiatrist who I've dealt with in over 22 years that didn't just push pills and get me out the door. He listens to my problems, and provides guidance on how to help myself get better. If you're not willing to take responsibility on your mental health and work on your issues, you are missing out on one of Dr Tran's strengths. His support staff is top-rate as well; I even receive txt reminders for my appointments, and I am always greeted with a warm smile.
