I feel so lucky that his practice opened up when it did. I was running out of medicine and sleeping very little for weeks. I had tried for over six months to find a doctor. It was a miserable time. Dr. Dodson's been brilliant.

Dr. Dodson is a professsional Dr.: calm, consistent, a good listener. I have been a patient of Dr. Dodson for many years and am confident that he is well qualified to help me with my at times very severe depression.

Dr. Dodson is the best psychiatrist I have had in my 20 years of treatment living all over the country. He understands and is a good listener. I am treated with the utmost respect. If I need to call him he is prompt at getting back to me. Dr. Dodson explains things very clearly. My chronic health condition is doing so much better because of the treatment I receive by him.

This doctor gave me no information and IGNORED my reports of side effects I had previously experienced from some psychiatric medications. In fact, he accused me of being "psychologically resistant to healing" when I told him of some unusual side effects, instead of reporting them, as he was obligated to do. I did my own research to get answers to questions he would not respond to. I have been off medications for 10 years now and on a very strict vitamin regimen, and now my depression is GONE--not just diminished, but GONE. My appointment put me in a dangerous situation since the psychiatric medications he prescribed caused me to become suicidal. I was not suicidal before taking medications, nor after going off the medications. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never allow my worst enemies to see this doctor if I had any way to stop them.
