They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I am confident that I was called the minute my test results were ready-fastest I've ever seen. They were extremely polite on the phone as well. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.
