I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
