I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. Dr. kassay goes the extra mile to make me feel cared for. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. Dr. Kassay listened closely to everything I was saying and showed a lot of attention to detail.

Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

My entire family sees Dr. Kassay. We have never waited more than 5 minutes and never feel rushed because she actually listens to us. She is a brilliant Doctor, making a diagnosis two specialist had missed and best of all she is a deciple of what she endorses. (As an athlete, it can be very difficult to get treatment when a non athlete would just suggest, "Find another sport." She understands training as she is an athlete herself!)
Many of my friends now see her after complaining about their current treatment. Might as well get the best! (and I like her web page and the fact she has a Facebook page)
