Office staff very friendly. Dr. friendly enough but sort of in and out without much explanation. Waiting room crowded and not clean. Exam room cluttered, dusty, not clean. I should have paid more attention. Had complications at the hospital following the procedure, never saw doctor after surgery and out patient staff didn't deal with me nor my family even tho I was experiencing severe difficulty. No routine "after surgery" appointment scheduled. Received Mini Arc Midurethral Suspension and have been very disappointed, it has only made my situation worse. Have scheduled an appointment with another doctor for this week. Friendliness is good but I'd forego it for an attentive concerned doctor with a clean facility anytime!!
