RECOMMEND YOU CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE! don't know about staff, but the experience my d-in-law is going thru because of him is absolutely outrageous! supposed to be an output surgery but she's been in hospital going on 5 days & he has done nothing to even attempt to figure out what's wrong, much less resolve it! my heart is breaking for her, my son & their 3 kids ages 4, 20months & 2 weeks! Sure doesn't seem like he even cares what is happening to her, I can't even believe it, it's so cruel & awful!!! (Hillcrest hospital staff seems great)

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. They were very rude and demanding. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. The only times they have available always conflict with my schedule. Dr. James Johnson is rude, curt, abrupt, condescending, and belligerant when you ask questions about an upcoming surgery. He was rude to my familty as well.

I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.
