They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting

No, but I can always find a seat

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, they close exactly on schedule despite any circumstances

No, I have to wait weeks before I hear back
