Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. What I really loved was how friendly the doctor and staff were here. I felt so welcome and will definitely be with them for the long haul.

The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.

One thing I don't like, is that I can't be confident that they'll work with me until they find the best solution for me. I'm always worried they're going to just settle with a solution that works. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I'm undecided if I would refer any of my friends or family here. I'm not sure if I loved them that much to be honest. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. The staff was very helpful no matter how many times I called with a question or concern. They never made me feel uncomfortable for asking any question.
