They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.

I'm not always sure that they're going to work with me until they find a solution, and sometimes it seems like they're going to give up on trying to help me. I don't feel like I can always count on them. When comparing them to others in their field, I would say they are by far the worst I have ever seen. I will never return. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.
