The chairs in the waiting room were of the highest quality. I was so comfortable while waiting for the appointment. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.

Yes, it was downright irritating!
Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions?
Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money
Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced?
Not at all, it seemed like they started yesterday

I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. My appointments get canceled here a lot. I usually just go to someone else in the area because I can't count on them ever. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. The chairs they had in the waiting room were average, I would say. They weren't amazing but they weren't totally uncomfortable either.
