Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Never. I don't think they care about helping their clients save money

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Without Dr. Moses and his staff my quality of living would be, well lets just say, I dont wanna live without their care again.!! Thanks to them once again I am well on my way to enjoying life. Kay...
