I have gone to Dr. Gude for eight years and am very satisfied with his expertise and the time he takes to listen and explain things. I prefer his north side office to the south side as the south side is small, cramped, and parking is difficult. My only complaint is that sometimes you have to sit and wait for a long time, but the care I get is worth the wait so I bring my Kindle for just in case.

They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was that they were not handicap-accessible and offered no means for handicapped individuals to enter the building. There weren't barriers everywhere making it impossible to get in the front door but, was so tiny there was no where to go once inside, my husband had to wait outside He seemed very knowledgable and experienced. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. I thought the staff could have been more friendly. I felt somewhat unwelcome, small house very crowded nowhere to sit. It felt like an assembly line.It doesn't matter how many times I come here, they just cannot seem to remember my name and they make no effort to even try. I'd rather go to someone else who might actually appreciate my loyalty and business. All they seem to care about is money! He charged so much, even after Government Insurance and Medicare I still owed him over $600.00 and I have never owed a doctor that kind of money my co-pay is $20.00 which I don't have to pay because Medicare picks up what Blue Cross Blue Shield doesn't pay! I couldn't afford to go back, they demand cash up front and hassle you the entire time your there and when your not there. He doesn't speak good English and didn't help me one single bit. He financially broke me with all the lab test he took which didn't seem to help. There was a few informative things he did find out but not my main concerns or issues. The location (which seems to have changed since I went) was so bad the had two small resident houses and one was his office,the other had supplies and testing(bone scan) so I had to walk back n forth. The hallway was so small two people couldn't walk through at the same time! And charging this much? Hmm questions to where he was investing his profits. Believe me they scheduled a patient every 5 minutes! I've never seen so many people in such a small area. Don't bring anyone with you cause they will have to wait in the car,if you can find your car, that's the next problem....their parking lot holds 3 cars! Omg I parked next door at the neighbors house,which states No Parking! Both of his houses were full of cars! He is a very busy doctor so he must be doing something right! Right?
