I have seen Dr Garcia twice before today's appointment. I did not have a problem with him previously. Today, I was on time for my appointment, but I waited over one hour before seeing Dr Garcia. He seemed to be angered when he first walked in my room. I asked him a couple of questions, and he abruptly told the nurse that I would need to reschedule my appointment, and he left. I had previously recommended him to several friends, and I called each one today to cancel my referral.

All my questions were answered. Both the doctor and staff here are friendly and professional. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most.
