They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. They left me alone in the appointment room for quite a while. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying.
