The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff.

The doctor was very friendly, and made me feel welcome. I really appreciated their outgoing attitude. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.
